How do you send in your trip paperwork to Mamo Transportation to complete your contract? There are three options for you to use at no cost to you. Please send in your paperwork as soon as you can once the trip is completed.
If you have a smartphone or tablet and have the ability to take pictures of your paperwork and put them in a pdf file format using an app (scan pages is one that works) on your device, then you can send in your paperwork directly to email@example.com. Please send all paperwork including receipts and logs. If you have a device and would like more information on this option, please call the safety department for more information.
Fax all paperwork including receipts and logs to 866-450-3850 from any fax machine. We do not need the originals once you call in to verify that we received your fax. Please keep the originals for your records as backup and for tax purposes.
Transflo is a faxing service that is in many truckstops throughout the US. You can go to http://www.transfloexpress.com/locations to find locations in the area you are in. You must use the form below as the 1st page of your fax because this tells Transflo where to send the paperwork. Just like option 1, please fax all paperwork including receipts and logs. We do not need the originals, please keep for your records as backup and for tax purposes. If you put the mouse on the form and right click on the mouse you should be able to hit print picture and print this form.
